Do I have you give you my ConvertKit password?
For set up within ConvertKit, I'll need access to your account. You can share your password securely via LastPass or simply email it to me. I will never share your password with anyone else, and you can change it once I have all your set up complete.
What if I don’t use ConvertKit?
ConvertKit is my preferred email service provider. I've been working with them for many years and have personal support contacts that enable me to offer a full-service set up within their software. If you use another ESP, I will write your personalized 5-email welcome sequence in a Google Doc that you can then implement in your preferred software. I will give you everything you need, like timing recommendations, so you can confidently implement that on your own.
Do you offer a refund policy?
