    • How do I know this will work for me?
      I’ve helped numerous petpreneurs transform their email marketing through 1-on-1 coaching and group training in Wear Wag Repeat Society. My proven 5-email trail map and personalized approach ensure it aligns with your brand and engages your audience. While it's not possible to guarantee sales, I can promise that your subscribers will feel more engaged with you, you'll have a better open rate and general engagement with your email list.
    • When does my work need to start?
      All projects must kick off by January 31st, 2025. Once you purchase, you'll get a link to a questionnaire and instructions to schedule a call with me!
    • What if all the sale spots fill up?
      Once they're gone, they're gone! I'll close this offer early if all spots are claimed before December 31st.
    • Do I have you give you my Kit password?
      For set up within Kit (formerly ConvertKit), I'll need access to your account. You can share your password securely via LastPass or simply email it to me. I will never share your password with anyone else, and you can change it once I have all your set up complete.
    • What if I don’t use Kit?
      Kit is my preferred email service provider. If you use another ESP, I will write your personalized 5-email welcome sequence in a Google Doc that you can then implement in your preferred software. I will give you everything you need, like timing recommendations, so you can confidently implement that on your own. For that service, make sure you purchase the "Just the Emails" package.
    • Do you offer a refund policy?
      Due to the personalized nature of this service, once work has begun no refunds are possible. This is a personalized service and I will do everything I can to ensure you're happy with the results.
    • What's included again?
      You'll get a custom 5-email welcome sequence, landing page, opt-in form, and bonuses - all set up in Kit (this is the mid-tier package). Plus my eyes on your email strategy before I retire this service forever!
